Marketing & Business Manager

Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Ambrose University. She began her career as a Marketing Assistant at a bridal store, where she trained consultants and developed a lead generation system. Additionally, she created and managed websites using Square, Shopify, and WordPress.

In 2021, Gabriella was promoted to Marketing Manager, where she hosted and participated in community-wide events, managed social media accounts, oversaw Google Analytics and advertising campaigns, assisted in product selection at fashion shows, and led photoshoots.

In 2023, Gabriella transitioned to Psychology Express as a Marketing and Business Consultant. Her expertise and dedication earned her a promotion to Marketing Manager in 2024.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategic Officer

Abhay serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Nowlogy.

Prior to Nowlogy, Abhay served for over 18 years at 3M in various operational & strategic roles. Some of his roles include leading the 3M Data center business, various strategy, planning, M&A and venture investments for the Safety & Graphics Business Group and, business management & operations roles within Personal safety and Electronics businesses. Prior to 3M, Abhay has served in business leadership, R&D and management consulting roles gaining extensive experience in electronics. These roles include co-founding & leading marketing for a venture backed startup, Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company and R&D development for Motorola. Abhay holds several patents in electronics.

Abhay holds a B.Tech. & M.S. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Mumbai & Syracuse University respectively & a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

PHD, LP | CEO, Psychologist

Dr. Paquin is the CEO of Psychology Express. She is a licensed psychologist in the states of MN and TX, holds an E-Passport to practice in most US states, and is National Register Health Service Psychologist. Dr. Paquin enjoys helping children, teens, adults and families with life transitions, mental health challenges (OCD, anxiety, depression), addictions, trauma, and more. Dr. Paquin uses research-based treatments to help clients (Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, ACT). Dr. Paquin also serves postdoctoral fellows in her role at Psychology Express, helping train the next generation of psychologists.

Dr. Paquin received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2006. Prior to opening Psychology Express in 2017, Dr. Paquin served as Chief Psychologist from 2011-2016 at Hennepin Healthcare (formerly HCMC). During her tenure, she developed new psychological programming including primary care behavioral health, integrated health psychology, integrated mental health addiction treatment, dialectical behavior therapy, first episode psychosis programming, and “CARES” (a preventative response for first responders and healthcare providers coping with stress/violence). Additionally, Dr. Paquin’s provided leadership development, service line development, financial budgeting, regulatory compliance, grant writing, and development of improve IT infrastructure for psychology.

Dr. Paquin also served on the MN Board of Psychology from 2014-2017. Dr. Paquin has worked extensive as a consultant for Social Security Disability and has provided Psychological First Aid training to large corporations. Dr. Paquin also has experience in teaching at the university level and has done academic research including several publications.

In her free time, Dr. Paquin enjoys time with family, travel, reading, hiking, and dogs (check out Betty and Odie on our team page).

Customer Success Manager

Sophia hails from Spring, Texas, and holds a degree in Neuroscience and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame. During her time at Notre Dame, she served as a Research Assistant in the Marital Therapy Research Clinic, contributing to valuable insights in the field.

Following her graduation, Sophia dedicated four years to behavioral therapy for children with autism, serving as both a Registered Behavioral Technician and Operations Manager. In her role as Operations Manager, she supervised a team of approximately 35 technicians, fostering their professional development and expertise. Additionally, she supported clients and their families through their journey with behavioral therapy, ensuring they had a positive experience. Her deep commitment to mental health advocacy has brought her to Nowlogy, where she works as the Customer Success Manager.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
