Life is about living fully—not just coping with symptoms or pushing through challenges alone. My work is dedicated to helping the women I serve get unstuck, move toward clarity and confidence, reconnect with their strengths, and build lives aligned with their values and goals. I specialize in supporting women through life transitions, professional burnout, infertility, addiction, and disability‑related challenges.
My clinical approach is shaped by my experience within the VA and by my work in community behavioral health, where I gained a close understanding of how trauma, chronic stress, and major life challenges affect women’s wellbeing. This background gives me a practical, real‑world perspective that informs the compassionate, evidence‑based care I provide as women navigate some of life’s most difficult moments.
I earned my PhD from Bowling Green State University in 2007 and completed my predoctoral internship at the West Los Angeles VA Healthcare System, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System’s Center of Excellence in Substance Addiction Treatment and Education (CESATE) in Seattle. I later transitioned to county‑level work, developing and overseeing programs that support individuals with mental health and substance use needs who come into contact with the criminal legal system. My work centers on expanding access to behavioral health services, strengthening community‑based supports, and improving pathways to stability and recovery for individuals navigating complex systems.
Across these roles, I’ve built a clinical perspective rooted in trauma‑informed care and developed a deep appreciation for our ability to thrive when we have access to care that supports healing, growth, and moving through major life challenges with strength and steadiness.
Outside the therapy room, I am a proud mom who finds joy in hiking, gardening, and spending time with family. I love getting lost in a great book or film. These passions keep me grounded and remind me daily of the importance of balance and a full life beyond our struggles.
I am excited to bring my experience and passion for personalized, compassionate care to the Nowlogy team. I warmly welcome women seeking support with stress, burnout, life transitions, infertility, addiction, and emotional patterns that can make daily life feel overwhelming or unsteady.

Feeling stuck in cycles of family conflict, overwhelmed by anxiety, or disconnected from the people who matter most can leave you feeling deeply isolated. Navigating trauma, major life transitions, intense emotions, or questions surrounding identity and faith takes immense courage, especially when your closest relationships feel strained or uncertain. You do not have to carry these challenges alone. As a therapist dedicated to depth work and systemic healing, I help individuals and families move beyond survival mode toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful connection.
As a Level II trained Attachment-Based Family Therapist (ABFT), I specialize in helping families repair fractured relationships, rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional bonds. I work with families, at-risk youth, young adults, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress, anger management concerns, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), substance use and co-occurring disorders (SUD), sexuality, and identity intersectionality. I also provide support through major life transitions, including young adulthood, parenting, divorce, and end-of-life concerns. In addition to therapy services, I offer Therapeutic Assessments to help individuals gain greater insight, understanding, and clarity about their experiences and goals.
My approach is rooted in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating trauma-informed care and somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellness. I provide a strengths-based, inclusive, and value-honoring space where clients can safely explore family dynamics, personal identity, faith backgrounds, and religious trauma without judgment. Together, we will focus on stabilization, building on existing strengths, reducing emotional overwhelm, and developing practical tools for lasting change. Whether you are seeking to heal family relationships, process trauma, navigate life transitions, strengthen your sense of self, or gain clarity through assessment, I am committed to helping you build a more connected, resilient, and fulfilling future.

Many individuals silently carry the emotional burden of trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, health-related concerns, and difficult life experiences while continuing to meet the demands of daily life. Over time, these challenges can significantly affect emotional well-being, relationships, physical health, and overall quality of life. However, seeking psychological support is not always easy. Feelings of shame, fear of judgment, cultural barriers, or previous negative experiences within healthcare settings can often prevent individuals from reaching out for help. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and person-centered care that helps individuals feel seen, supported, and understood.
My clinical experiences have reinforced the importance of approaching mental health care from an integrative perspective that recognizes the strong connection between emotional and physical well-being. I am particularly passionate about working with adults navigating trauma, women’s mental health concerns, chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, identity-related challenges, life transitions, and stress related to interpersonal or medical experiences. I also have a strong interest in health psychology and integrated behavioral care, helping clients better understand the ways emotional and physical health influence one another.
As a bilingual provider, I value offering culturally sensitive care to both English- and Spanish-speaking individuals. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that fosters safety, collaboration, and empowerment while helping clients develop insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or impacted by difficult interpersonal and healthcare experiences.
My treatment approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual's unique needs and experiences. I integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and somatic-based approaches while maintaining a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive perspective. Together, we will work to build effective coping strategies, foster greater self-understanding, strengthen resilience, and support lasting emotional well-being.

Your life has purpose despite any painful experiences that you may have faced. I believe hurtful experiences can be turned into a message of hope. I also believe that it is possible to not just survive unexpected, generational, and traumatic experiences in life, but to thrive fully in life.
It was not always easy for me to ask for help, even in my personal life, but I learned the value in doing so. Therefore, I will value walking alongside you through your journey. There will be no judgment when you work with me, only respect and a commitment to creating a path toward healing.
I am an experienced provider who has devoted my education and career to assisting and advancing the needs of children, adolescents, and their families. While my specialty is working with children and adolescents, I also enjoy providing psychological therapy for young adults. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. In addition, I have collaborated with psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, physicians, behavioral specialists, various government child service agencies, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients and their families.
I believe it is vital to create not only a safe space, but also a welcoming space that nurtures healing. I provide individual and family-based sessions that promote emotional and social growth through enhancing problem-solving techniques, coping strategies, and interpersonal skill development. I implement evidence-based treatment and tailor my approach to meet each person's unique needs. I am also able to provide play-based interventions and expressive arts interventions to support emotional expression and self-exploration in a way that fits each individual's age and stage of development. In addition to conducting research focused on adolescents, I have gained experience across a range of settings, including a behavioral health hospital, therapeutic day school, hospital-affiliated community mental health organization, and a mental health nonprofit organization.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes client advocacy through a collaborative and client-centered approach to care. I believe it is critical for clients to be active participants in treatment and to have space to explore their experiences, questions, and concerns. This helps to foster a more holistic understanding of each person's needs while supporting meaningful growth and healing.
My educational background includes a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an additional specialized concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with a national certification nearing completion. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude. These experiences continue to shape my commitment to providing evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate care.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Life can bring unexpected challenges that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. You do not have to navigate those moments alone.
My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, helping clients build hope, recognize their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. While my clinical training provides the foundation for my work, my own life experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and perseverance. I have faced personal challenges that required me to decide whether I would keep fighting and moving forward. My answer has always been yes. Those experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting others through life's difficult transitions.
I am particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing adjustment difficulties, including the collegiate population, anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, grief and loss, and those who feel marginalized, disenfranchised, or misunderstood. I welcome first-time therapy clients, especially those who may be the first in their family to seek counseling or who come from backgrounds where therapy has been viewed as taboo. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals coping with the loss of a loved one, including the grief associated with premature or unexpected death.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process. Through active listening, we will work together to identify your goals, determine meaningful next steps, and develop a plan tailored to your unique needs. As therapy progresses, we can adjust that plan based on your experiences and feedback. Honesty, authenticity, and open communication are encouraged and modeled throughout our work together.
If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to support you on your journey. Let's connect.

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Many people hesitate to start therapy because they worry about being judged, misunderstood, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. Together, we will explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs, values, and goals. If you are an adult who is overwhelmed or stuck in a cycle of anxiety, or an intercultural couple who can’t seem to connect in your relationship, you are not alone, and you do not have to stay stuck. Through CBT and exposure-based therapy, I will help you break unhelpful patterns, face fears with support, and make meaningful change. For intercultural couples, I use integrative couples therapy to help improve communication, manage cultural differences, reduce conflict, and build connection. Together, we can work toward a new path forward that feels more manageable, connected, and aligned with your goals.
I work with adults who are experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, and agoraphobia, as well as intercultural couples experiencing communication problems, difficulty navigating cultural differences, immigrant relationship stress, in-law conflict, and family disapproval. Whether anxiety has begun to limit your daily life or relationship challenges are creating distance between you and the people you care about most, therapy can provide a space to better understand these experiences and develop effective strategies for change.
I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique goals and needs. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can better understand what you're going through and what you want to change. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and focus on practical steps that support meaningful progress.
My goal is to help you feel more confident navigating challenges, whether that means managing anxiety more effectively, strengthening relationships, or improving communication across cultural differences. Therapy should feel relevant, meaningful, and focused on what matters most to you, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

Are you feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety, or the pressure to hold it all together — afraid that asking for help might mean something is wrong with you? You are not alone, and what you're carrying deserves to be taken seriously. Too often, the people who need support most are the ones who have been given the fewest reasons to trust that it's safe to seek it. If you've ever hesitated to reach out because of what others might think, or because you weren't sure therapy was really "for you," I want you to know that hesitation makes complete sense — and it doesn't have to be the final word.
I'm Dr. Kofi Adjepong. I work collaboratively with clients to build a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and free to show up as your full self. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and is always shaped by who you are — your culture, your history, your strengths, and your goals. As a Black man who has navigated many of the same systems, pressures, and expectations that bring people to therapy, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress management, and the impact of racial and cultural identity in a world that doesn't always make space for it. My work is particularly focused on mental health stigma reduction, helping people who have been taught to push through, stay strong, or keep family business private feel permission to heal. I have a strong passion for working with Black men and women and other people of color, addressing the intersection of masculinity, race, and mental health that so often goes unspoken. I also work with clients facing life transitions, depression, trauma, and self-worth struggles — whether you're a college student trying to find your footing, someone processing a difficult chapter of your life, or a person who has been putting themselves last for too long.
My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a research-backed approach that helps you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings and start building a life driven by what truly matters to you. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, we work together to develop the psychological flexibility to move forward even when things feel hard. I also draw on principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while incorporating culturally informed and anti-racist practices into everything I do. Effective therapy has to account for the full context of your life, including the systems and histories that have shaped it.
Whatever approach we use, the goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more equipped to live the life you want. Therapy with me is collaborative, judgment-free, and paced by you.

Additionally, I have seen individuals thrive with the application of solutions focused therapy and motivational interviewing to help with managing things like depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

Hello! I am a clinical psychologist with expertise in helping kids, teens, young adults (ages 18-26), and parents tap in to their natural capabilities and move effectively through the waves of life’s messy moments with curiosity, clarity, resilience, and compassion.
I take a collaborative and practical approach rooted in evidence‑based, whole‑person care. With over two decades of experience, I am passionate using what science and lived experiences teach us about your mind-body connection and the role that your natural strengths can play in finding your way to better tomorrows. Depending upon your needs, we might draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind‑body and integrative approaches, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), clinical hypnosis, or Attachment‑Based Family Therapy (ABFT).
I am a trauma‑informed, identity‑affirming provider who supports clients facing a wide range of concerns. Together, we’ll make space for difficult experiences, strengthen strategies to foster resilience, and learn to move through intense thoughts and emotions in more safe and effective ways.
I enjoy working with folks who have a range of presenting concerns, particularly those identifying as neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, learning differences, developmental delays, twice‑exceptional profiles, intellectual disabilities) and their parents/ families. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all identities and lived experiences, including LGBTQ+ clients and those shaped by cultural, racial, or systemic factors.
Understanding and harnessing strengths, navigating challenges, and building in strategies that support thriving, not just surviving, are common focal points. Alternatively, given the complexities of today’s family landscapes, our work may center around supporting intentional, compassionate and effective parenting across all stages of parenthood.
I also see clients for Functional Somatic Disorders (FSD), Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), or other Psychosomatic or Functional health symptoms; Health psychology; and family conflict and parenting challenges.
Life can feel demanding and overwhelming. My hope is to offer a therapeutic experience that feels grounded, compassionate, genuine, and safe—one in which you will feel seen, heard, inspired and unconditionally accepted. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and take thoughtful, achievable steps toward lasting growth.

Dr. Tamy Lin
Online in Texas
Dr. Tamy (Tin May) Lin is a Clinical Psychologist who provides integrative, culturally responsive therapy to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, identity concerns, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, emphasizing both emotional depth and practical growth. Dr. Lin believes that meaningful change begins with a safe and authentic relationship—one where clients feel deeply understood, valued, and supported as they explore their inner world and the systems that shape them.
Dr. Lin takes a holistic approach to mental health, viewing each person as more than a collection of symptoms. She considers how experiences of family, culture, identity, community, and the body intersect to influence emotional well-being. Through this lens, therapy becomes a process of integration—helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been silenced, shamed, or overlooked, while also identifying the external patterns that sustain distress. Her work invites curiosity and self-compassion, encouraging clients to move from self-criticism toward balance, resilience, and a greater sense of wholeness.
Her clinical approach blends psychodynamic understanding with evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She integrates mindfulness and values-based interventions to help clients navigate discomfort, deepen insight, and take meaningful action aligned with their goals.
Through her work in university, community, and medical settings, Dr. Lin has developed a skill set that combines evidence-based tools with a deep appreciation for what lies beneath the surface. Rather than applying temporary fixes, she aims to help clients uncover and repair the core emotional wounds that keep them feeling stuck, fostering lasting growth and self-understanding.
At the core of her work is a belief that healing happens through connection—to self, to others, and to one’s environment. Dr. Lin strives to help clients rediscover that sense of connection by fostering groundedness, authenticity, and belonging in both their inner and outer worlds. She understands that beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating, and she works to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process. Together, you’ll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies for building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If this resonates, Dr. Lin would be honored to connect with you and take the next step forward.

As an EMDR-trained clinician, I help clients process difficult memories, heal from past experiences, and develop healthier patterns that support emotional well-being and personal growth. I understand that change can feel overwhelming, and I strive to provide compassionate, clear, and individualized support throughout your journey.
With extensive experience conducting bilingual psychological and neuropsychological evaluations across medical settings, schools, and private practice, I bring a strong clinical foundation to my work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I provide psychological evaluations for neurocognitive concerns (including memory), neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), and immigration/citizenship-related concerns. My background in teaching and mentoring psychology students allows me to explain complex concepts in an approachable and empowering way.
I specialize in stress and adjustment concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia and sleep disturbances, cultural adjustment, immigration-related stress and loss, and chronic pain. As a bilingual clinician raised in Mexico, I am especially attuned to the experiences of Hispanic/Latinx individuals, including first-generation students, professionals, and families navigating cultural transitions, identity, and the challenges of adapting to a new country or life chapter.
My treatment approach is centered on collaboration, clarity, and practical tools that improve daily life. Through CBT, trauma-informed care, EMDR-informed strategies, and mind-body approaches, we will work together to strengthen emotional regulation, reduce distress, and help you move forward with greater confidence and balance. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood from the beginning—where your cultural background, personal experiences, and goals are valued as an essential part of your healing process

I believe that difficulties in daily living are products of deep, unacknowledged psychological pain. I believe there’s healing from this as we make meaning of your experience.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative experience between clients and therapists, involving uncovering your experiences and learning how these thoughts and feelings impact your relationships. At times the process is straightforward as we work to develop practical strategies for managing the challenges of daily living. Yet the journey can also take unexpected turns as you learn truths about yourself and those in your life. We will use the information that we learn to tailor interventions unique to your situation. Psychotherapy can make use of all these events, increasing your ability to navigate the complexities of life and relationships, building your resilience and stability in the face of adversity, increasing your ability to manage and tolerate both joy and pain, and learning to experience more fulfilling relationships.
While I use psychodynamic theory to help us understand how your mind and emotions work, I also employ interventions using the following modalities: behavioral principles, mindfulness-based interventions, polyvagal-informed interventions, and existential thought. I use behavioral principles to help clients act and to identify aspects of the environment that promote or inhibit both helpful and unhelpful behaviors. Mindfulness-based interventions are used to enhance the ability to accept ourselves, encourage self-compassion, to identify how we respond to our environment, develop a more adaptive interaction with ourselves and our world, and to use stress-reducing strategies. Polyvagal-informed therapy helps clients to identify how the autonomic nervous system “remembers” our lived experience and informs us of safety or danger in the environment. This approach helps clients learn to manage their body’s response to stress in various forms. Finally, I use existential principles in the treatment of anxiety in all its forms. Existential forms of therapy help clients face life with courage, recognizing that they can survive what may come.
Whatever your situation, I can help you become more resilient, grounded, and stable. I will help you learn to better manage your emotions and experience more fulfilling relationships. Together, we will discover the truth of yourself; this journey takes courage, and I look forward to getting started with you.

Have you felt that the mental healthcare system has failed you when you needed help? Do you continue trying to make changes despite setbacks, looking for professional help that will provide the validation and understanding to aid in effectively problem solving the stressors of life? My goal is to help reach those who feel this way and work towards establishing a life less weighed down by problems that feel insurmountable, and shifting focus towards finding meaning, purpose, and connection to what is most important to you.
While I continually feel the personal frustration in the early stages of treatment from people seeking therapy due to an overall lack of progress towards resolving the problems they want help with, it is my responsibility to help move beyond symptom management and past problem resolution, to effectively establish more meaning and purpose in your life.
My areas of specialty include severe and persistent mental illness, chronic mental health conditions, substance use and behavioral addictions, and those who have had limited success with psychotherapeutic treatment approaches in the past. Further, I have experience with individuals who have undergone psychedelic therapeutic interventions (i.e., ketamine), severe trauma, and chronic suicidality, areas that individuals have told me has made establishing strong therapeutic rapport in treatment for consistent addressing of complex psychological concerns.
My priority in clinical practice is to provide structure, support, and challenge through person-centered and strengths-based interventions. Establishing a strong foundation of trust, non-judgement, and autonomy in the therapeutic relationship is essential to effectively address the impacts on your life from mental health concerns. Additional approaches that I integrate through my primary humanistic/existential therapeutic orientation include use of root-cause analysis, motivational interviewing, internal family systems, and ACT-based value processing.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, gender identities, ages 12 and older, individuals, families, and couples. I also have additional specialized experience working with professionals and athletes.
I hold Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT, allowing me to provide telehealth services in 43 participating states.

Anxiety about the future—or even just getting through today—can feel overwhelming, whether the worries are big or small. Depression can pull you inward, leaving you feeling isolated and disconnected. Even simple questions like “are you okay?” can feel too heavy to answer, while your thoughts cycle endlessly without relief.
These experiences are real, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. While starting therapy can feel difficult, it can also be the first step toward meaningful, lasting change.
Dr. Ann Corell earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University in 2007. In addition to her clinical work, she is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and has helped hundreds of individuals create sustainable health-related behavior change. This allows her to support clients not only emotionally, but also in the daily habits that impact overall well-being.
Her clinical approach is integrative and trauma-focused, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and healing. Dr. Corell works collaboratively with clients, empowering them to become the hero in their own lives—equipping them with both insight and practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
She enjoys working with clients across the lifespan and is especially passionate about helping parents develop effective, practical skills to support children experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges. Her work draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), as well as person-centered and strength-based approaches. Trauma-informed techniques are thoughtfully integrated to meet each client’s unique needs.
The first session is an opportunity to share your story—your challenges, experiences, and goals—in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. There is no pressure, just a chance to determine if this is the right fit. Therapy is a collaborative process, and she is here to support you every step of the way.

Seeking out therapy is often an intimidating undertaking. Whether you are new to therapy or returning after a break, sharing your story with someone new can be emotionally difficult. I want to commend you for taking this step and caring enough about your well-being to seek support. I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood.
My approach is grounded in developing a strong therapeutic relationship and understanding how past experiences, relationships, and societal influences impact your current life.
