Dr. Gabrielle Worthy
Houston Memorial, TX
Your life has purpose despite any painful experiences that you may have faced. I believe hurtful experiences can be turned into a message of hope. I also believe that it is possible to not just survive unexpected, generational, and traumatic experiences in life, but to thrive fully in life.
It was not always easy for me to ask for help, even in my personal life, but I learned the value in doing so. Therefore, I will value walking alongside you through your journey. There will be no judgment when you work with me, only respect and a commitment to creating a path toward healing.
I am an experienced provider who has devoted my education and career to assisting and advancing the needs of children, adolescents, and their families. While my specialty is working with children and adolescents, I also enjoy providing psychological therapy for young adults. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. In addition, I have collaborated with psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, physicians, behavioral specialists, various government child service agencies, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients and their families.
I believe it is vital to create not only a safe space, but also a welcoming space that nurtures healing. I provide individual and family-based sessions that promote emotional and social growth through enhancing problem-solving techniques, coping strategies, and interpersonal skill development. I implement evidence-based treatment and tailor my approach to meet each person's unique needs. I am also able to provide play-based interventions and expressive arts interventions to support emotional expression and self-exploration in a way that fits each individual's age and stage of development. In addition to conducting research focused on adolescents, I have gained experience across a range of settings, including a behavioral health hospital, therapeutic day school, hospital-affiliated community mental health organization, and a mental health nonprofit organization.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes client advocacy through a collaborative and client-centered approach to care. I believe it is critical for clients to be active participants in treatment and to have space to explore their experiences, questions, and concerns. This helps to foster a more holistic understanding of each person's needs while supporting meaningful growth and healing.
My educational background includes a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with an additional specialized concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with a national certification nearing completion. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude. These experiences continue to shape my commitment to providing evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and compassionate care.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time, returning after time away, or looking for a therapist who feels like the right fit, I am here to support you. Life can bring challenges that impact your emotional well-being, relationships, sense of self, and ability to cope with daily stressors. My goal is to provide a compassionate and welcoming environment where you can openly share your experiences, gain deeper self-understanding, and move toward the life you want to create. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone, and together we can work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
I have experience working with both adolescents and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress management, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, struggling to manage difficult emotions, experiencing challenges in their relationships, or carrying the impact of past experiences. These concerns often affect not only how we feel emotionally, but also how we connect with others and navigate daily life.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, values, and goals. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered framework, I help clients gain insight into the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while feeling supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I also integrate other therapeutic modalities in our work together Together, we will examine the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape your well-being and identify strategies to help you build resilience and move toward your goals.
I believe that meaningful change occurs when individuals feel safe, accepted, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life's difficulties. I strive to understand the whole person, not just the symptoms you may be experiencing, and believe that each individual is the expert on their own life. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based strategies that help you create lasting change and a more fulfilling life.

Dr. Riley Christoph
Houston Memorial, TX
Dr. Riley Christoph is a Licensed Psychologist in Texas who specializes in providing integrative, individual therapy for adolescents and young adults. She helps young people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem concerns, emotional challenges, and major life transitions while fostering resilience, confidence, and meaningful growth.
At the heart of Dr. Christoph's work is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship serves as the foundation for lasting change. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to explore their experiences. Viewing each individual as far more than a diagnosis, she tailors treatment to each client's unique strengths, needs, and goals. When working with teens, she takes a collaborative, family-centered approach, partnering with parents, caregivers, and educators to support growth across all areas of a young person's life.
Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, Dr. Christoph integrates evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and expressive arts techniques—to meet each client where they are and help them build practical tools for everyday challenges.
Her professional experience includes developing innovative mental health programming within a college preparatory high school, participating in youth-focused research initiatives, and providing care across community mental health and dual-diagnosis settings. This diverse background allows her to offer a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach that helps young people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Every young person deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Dr. Christoph works collaboratively with teens, young adults, and their families to foster resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting emotional well-being.

Dr. Tamy Lin
PsyD | PLP
Dr. Tamy (Tin May) Lin is a Clinical Psychologist who provides integrative, culturally responsive therapy to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, identity concerns, and relational challenges. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, emphasizing both emotional depth and practical growth. Dr. Lin believes that meaningful change begins with a safe and authentic relationship—one where clients feel deeply understood, valued, and supported as they explore their inner world and the systems that shape them.
Dr. Lin takes a holistic approach to mental health, viewing each person as more than a collection of symptoms. She considers how experiences of family, culture, identity, community, and the body intersect to influence emotional well-being. Through this lens, therapy becomes a process of integration—helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been silenced, shamed, or overlooked, while also identifying the external patterns that sustain distress. Her work invites curiosity and self-compassion, encouraging clients to move from self-criticism toward balance, resilience, and a greater sense of wholeness.
Her clinical approach blends psychodynamic understanding with evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She integrates mindfulness and values-based interventions to help clients navigate discomfort, deepen insight, and take meaningful action aligned with their goals.
Dr. Lin earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, and has trained in diverse settings including university counseling centers (UCLA and the University of San Francisco), community mental health clinics, and integrated psychiatry services such as Kaiser Permanente.
Through her work in university, community, and medical settings, Dr. Lin has developed a skill set that combines evidence-based tools with a deep appreciation for what lies beneath the surface. Rather than applying temporary fixes, she aims to help clients uncover and repair the core emotional wounds that keep them feeling stuck, fostering lasting growth and self-understanding.
At the core of her work is a belief that healing happens through connection—to self, to others, and to one’s environment. Dr. Lin strives to help clients rediscover that sense of connection by fostering groundedness, authenticity, and belonging in both their inner and outer worlds. She understands that beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating, and she works to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process. Together, you’ll explore what’s holding you back, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies for building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. If this resonates, Dr. Lin would be honored to connect with you and take the next step forward.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward—you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place. I’m a therapist who works with teens, young adults, families, and couples navigating a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I take a trauma-informed approach, always honoring each client’s unique story, strengths, and challenges. I believe that meaningful change starts with a strong therapeutic relationship, so I put great care into creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly supported. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I use evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs to help you build skills, clarify your values, and take action toward the life you want. Whether we’re working on managing emotions, improving focus, setting healthy boundaries, or problem-solving, our work will always center around what matters most to you. When working with teens, I partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and tools to support their child’s growth while aiming to reduce stress at home.
I have worked as a school psychologist, supporting students, families, and educators within the school system. That experience, along with my work in rehabilitation centers and community mental health settings, has given me a deep and nuanced understanding of the complex challenges teens and young adults face today. I approach therapy through an ecological systems framework, which means I don’t view symptoms in isolation. Instead, I explore how each individual is shaped by the many interconnected systems around them—family, peers, schools, communities, and broader cultural and societal forces. This perspective allows me to identify not only where distress may originate, but also where resilience, support, and opportunities for meaningful change can emerge. At the heart of this approach is a recognition that relationships are central to human well-being. Whether nurturing or strained, our connections have a profound impact on our daily lives and long-term growth. By attending to both internal experiences and external influences, I help clients develop insight, access their strengths, and create sustainable change within their real-world contexts. My goal is to help young people feel seen and empowered, while also equipping families with the tools to foster growth, understanding, and flexibility together.
Whether it’s a teen struggling with focus and motivation, a young adult facing life transitions, parents needing support, or couples working to strengthen their connection, I bring a supportive, down-to-earth approach that focuses on building trust, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
If you’re looking for a space that balances insight with action and empathy with encouragement, I’d be honored to be part of your journey. To learn more about the areas I support, please visit our Treatments page.
