  • Message Frequency: Varies (typically 1-4 messages per month, depending on your preferences and updates). You can update preferences anytime by replying HELP.  
  • Message & Data Rates: Standard rates may apply—check with your carrier.  
  • Content & Purpose: Messages include mental health tips, alerts, and support info. We use your phone number only for this service and related HIPAA-compliant communications.  
  • Data Use & Retention: We collect your phone number and opt-in consent to deliver messages. Data is stored securely per HIPAA standards and retained for at least 4 years (for compliance) or until you opt out, then deleted promptly.  
  • Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose your phone number, opt-in data, or consent with third parties for marketing or any non-essential purpose. Limited sharing may occur with trusted service providers (e.g., SMS platforms like Microsoft Teams) solely for message delivery—they must keep it confidential via Business Associate Agreement (BAA). No sharing with affiliates or others except as required by law. This aligns with our general policy on service providers.  
  • Opt-Out & Controls: Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe (processed within 24 hours—no further recurring messages). Reply “HELP” for info or support. You can restart by opting in again. Carrier fees for opt-out/HELP replies may apply.
