I also work with clients managing the emotional impact of chronic pain. Together, we focus on reducing stress, improving coping skills, and reconnecting with activities that bring meaning and joy. Therapy can help restore hope, pace energy, and build resilience so you can feel more in control, even when your body feels unpredictable.
