Frequently Asked Questions

We do not offer hospital-based neuropsychological evaluations. However, many of the concerns that lead people to search for neuropsych testing (such as ADHD, Autism, learning challenges, mood concerns, or behavioral patterns) are thoroughly assessed in our neurodevelopmental, neurocognitive, and other clinical evaluations. These evaluations are evidence-based, comprehensive, and completed by doctoral-level clinicians. We offer immediate openings.

Our Comprehensive Package provides detailed reports; we cannot guarantee accommodation approval.

Nowlogy’s testing packages go beyond standard insurance-billable assessments. They include comprehensive evaluations, collateral information from family or teachers, and detailed reports—all of which insurers typically consider non-reimbursable. Insurance generally only covers narrowly focused tests deemed “medically necessary,” so our full, personalized testing packages are self-pay to ensure thorough, timely, and flexible care.

While we offer some remote tests, we also welcome you to visit us in-person! Our Minnesota locations are in Edina, Woodbury, St. Paul, Burnsville, Hastings, and Northfield. Our Texas locations are in Cypress and Memorial/Katy area of Houston.

If you live in a PSYPACT state (most states), we can now test completely online for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, OCD, Personality, Mood, Parenting, and Forensic assessments. Call us to find out more information!

No, you don’t need to know exactly which test you need before scheduling. After your initial appointment, your doctor will recommend the specific assessments that best fit your concerns and goals.
