Is a Parenting Assessment Right for You?

Parents often seek guidance when they notice:

  • Feeling stuck or unsure in your parenting decisions

  • Reacting to your child in ways you don’t want

  • Wanting to understand how your childhood shapes your parenting

  • Wanting feedback from an expert on your approach

  • Seeking strategies to improve connection and communication

If any of these resonate, a Parenting Insight Assessment can help you gain clarity and actionable guidance.

Benefits of a Parenting Assessment

  • Understand Your Parenting Style: Complete questionnaires covering your parenting practices, discipline, and approach to your child’s emotional needs.
  • See How Your Past Shapes Your Parenting: Explore how your upbringing influences your responses today.
  • Improve Connection & Support: Learn strategies to strengthen your relationship, foster autonomy, and communicate more effectively.
  • Get Personalized Feedback: Meet with a psychologist to receive guidance and actionable recommendations based on your responses and your child’s temperament.
