Our Business Model is Simple
We hire doctoral-level psychologists to maintain a positive reputation for our company!
Billing, regulatory compliance, insurance contracting, negotiations, marketing, IT infrastructure & security, human resources, and clinical support are done for you. We carry the risk when unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., Change Healthcare’s demise).
We offer highly competitive employee positions with benefits. Contracting is available with a minimum of 20 hours per week. We also offer franchising options for those wishing to open their own Nowlogy practice!
Psychologists are part of a quality doctorate level team dedicated to each other’s success and delivering the highest quality clinical care!
Many of our doctors choose a hybrid model once their schedules are full to allow them the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

We pride ourselves on providing doctoral-level expertise; we welcome trainees with PsyDs and PhDs in mental healthcare fields including clinical, counseling, marriage and family therapy, and school psychology. We prefer applicants from a regionally-accredited program (including APA or PCSAS), although please feel free to inquire if you are from a non-accredited program and you wish to apply to one of our Minnesota offices. As noted above, we may be particularly attractive to trainees who wish to gain experience in a group practice setting.
